PS: You're legal to do so if you owned the original CD :)
1) Start Format Factory and click on 'Music CD to Audio File' under 'Rom Device\DVD\CD\ISO'.
2) Select the audio tracks that you want and click 'Convert'. (Note that it not only converts to MP3, it supports various other audio formats as well such as WMA, OGG, AAC, M4R, WAV etc.)
3) Optional but you would be glad to do this: Click 'Get CD Info' button to name the MP3s to the respective track names (if available).
4) Finally click on the start button to start the conversion process.
