Here's a handy tool to remind yourself to take breaks.
1. Install Eye Relax.
2. Set your work time and break time.
The 20-20-20 rule: take a 20-second break every 20 mins by looking at something 20 feet away.
3. When it's time to break, a reminder will pop up on your screen. If you want to force your monitor screen to go blank during the break, you may do so by clicking 'Configure' in the last picture.
